As a Security Professional Armed Patrol Driver in Redmond, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more .

As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a dynamic aerospace and defense location. You will conduct regular patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents and provide prompt assistance as needed. In this armed and driving position, you will be responsible for carrying a company-approved firearm and operating a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. Your ability to communicate clearly and deliver outstanding customer service will be essential as you interact with employees, visitors, and contractors. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in an aerospace and defense environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting site operations and helping to maintain order.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Maintain awareness of site-specific protocols and requirements relevant to armed patrol duties within an aerospace and defense location.
• Document and report security-related incidents and observations according to Allied Universal and client site standards.
• Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as needed to address emergencies and/or unusual situations.
• Remain alert and prepared to respond to a variety of scenarios, adapting actions to the unique environment of an aerospace and defense location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
• Must possess a valid concealed carry weapons permit.
• Must have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or at least 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience or at least 3 years of security-related experience.
• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
