Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in RF circuit and antenna design , testing, and optimization.
• Deep knowledge of RF fundamentals, including impedance matching , S-parameters , and noise figure .
• Experience with wireless standards such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, LoRa , and other ISM bands .
• Proficiency with RF design software (e.g., ADS, CST, HFSS ) and lab equipment for testing and validation.
• Experience designing PCBs with high-frequency considerations and mixed-signal integration .
• Working knowledge of regulatory and certification requirements ( FCC, CE , etc.).
• Experience with embedded systems, firmware, and low-power design.
• Familiarity with IoT device architecture and cloud connectivity.
• Understanding of EMC/EMI mitigation techniques.
• Experience in Agile development environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and implement RF circuitry , including power amplifiers, LNAs , filters, matching networks, and transceivers.
• Select, design, and integrate antenna solutions, performing tuning and layout optimization.
• Collaborate with layout engineers to optimize high-frequency PCB layouts for signal integrity and impedance control.
• Use RF test equipment like vector network analyzers and spectrum analyzers to validate and debug RF performance.
• Ensure designs meet regulatory requirements ( FCC, CE ) and support certification testing.
• Participate in the product development lifecycle from definition to manufacturing.
• Work with cross-functional teams (hardware, firmware, software) to support system-level integration.
