Job Purpose: Maintains loan quality by verifying and requiring loan documentation; improving processes. Duties: * Verifies loan documentation by inspecting documentation for compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. * Corrects documentation by noting and forwarding deficiencies to be corrected; tracking correction of deficiencies. * Verifies lending authority by inspecting approvals. * Updates loan database by verifying and entering data. * Helps others by answering questions regarding loan documentation. * Improves loan documentation process by analyzing documentation requirements and procedures; recommending changes. * Maintains customer confidence by keeping loan information confidential. * Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents. * Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. * Accomplishes bank mission by completing related results as needed.
