We're looking for a dynamic and visionary General Manager to take the helm of our exciting Houston sports bar. This isn't just a management job—it's a chance to grow with us and help us expand. We need a leader who can drive our business forward, ensuring both profitability and an unforgettable experience for our customers.
You'll be responsible for the big picture, from strategic planning and financial oversight to marketing and team leadership. If you're a sports fanatic with a knack for running a tight ship, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Venue Management: Maintain high standards and operational excellence across the entire venue.
Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, analyze P&L, oversee inventory, and control costs to boost revenue.
Team Leadership: Hire, train, and motivate staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and exceptional customer service.
Marketing & Events: Collaborate on marketing strategies and proactively identify and lead events to their full potential.
Customer Relations: Turn customer complaints into positive experiences with your outstanding problem-solving skills.
Who We're Looking For:
A minimum of 5 years of general management experience in a bar or nightclub.
A true leader with exceptional multitasking and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience managing large, dynamic events .
A genuine passion for and knowledge of all sports .
Proficiency in Restaurant 365 is a must. Experience with Toast and Toast Payroll is a plus.
Available to work evenings and weekends.
