About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Education Services to provide visionary and operational leadership for all educational programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of program philosophy, strategy, and goals, ensuring that all educational services are in line with best practices and evidence-based models. This role involves overseeing the daily operations, including administrative, contractual, and financial aspects, and serving as a primary liaison between senior leaders and educational teams. The Executive Director will also be tasked with strategic planning, budgeting, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. Candidates for the Executive Director position must have a minimum of 8-10 years' experience in education administration, with a strong background in leading special education services. The role requires a Master's degree in education, Pennsylvania Administrative (Principal K-12) and Supervisory certification in Special Education, or a Letter of Eligibility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior team leadership, staff development, and a commitment to mental health and trauma-informed behavior models. Skills in fiscal management, contract compliance, and the ability to form and maintain strategic partnerships are essential. The Executive Director will be expected to meet performance goals related to program quality, staff leadership, and the development of collaborative relationships.
