Executive Assistant to the CEO

📍 Arden Hills, MN (Hybrid with Work-from-Home Flexibility) | 🕒 Full-time

We’re growing quickly and looking for an Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a service delivery environment and wants to play a key role in helping to stay focused and effective.

What You'll Do:

As the Executive Assistant, you’ll act as the right hand to the CEO, helping manage priorities, communications, and workflows. Your day-to-day will include:

• Calendar & Scheduling - Manage a busy schedule of client meetings, internal priorities, and external engagements.
• Communication - Draft and review correspondence, act as a professional representative of the CEO, and ensure timely responses.
• Project Support - Track action items, follow up on deadlines, and coordinate across the team on projects.
• Operations - Maintain client project workflows and delivery of service timely.
• Client & Team Relationships - Build trust through clear communication with professionalism both internally and externally.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 3+ years of experience as an executive or administrative assistant (supporting senior leadership preferred).
• Is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Communicates clearly and professionally, both in writing and in person.
• Can juggle multiple priorities and keep things moving in a deadline-driven environment.
• Is tech-savvy with modern tech tools.
• Maintains a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
• (Bonus) Has interest or experience in accounting, finance, or professional services.

💰 Salary: $60,000+ depending on experience
