Summary

We are looking for a Director who loves working with children and is passionate about the position.

Duties

Looking for a director to join our team!! Someone who loves and is passionate about children Someone who will expand the program and allow children to feel safe, nurtured, and a safe clean environment. Managing finances to a budget, fundraising and grant writing. Recruiting and training staff, developing staff, developing staff programs, ensuring compliance with licensing agencies. Marinating communication with staff, families and Board of Directors.

Requirements

AS or BS in early childhood education preferred
Strong skills in leadership
Bookkeeping skills
Strong Communication skills
Certified CPR and First Aid and ServeSafe or willing to obtain

Nice To Haves

One year plus experience as a director
Two years plus in Child Care
