Were looking for a full-time Marketing Associate to help us create, manage, and evaluate marketing campaigns across email, social media, and paid channels. Youll work directly with the founders and contribute to a wide range of marketing effortsfrom content planning to analytics. If youre detail-oriented, self-driven, and excited to help shape the future of a growing SaaS brand, we want to hear from you.

Youll be our second hire (first in marketing) and bring our team to a total of four.

What Youll Do:

• Plan, schedule, and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Edit and repurpose video content for social (using tools like CapCut)
• Monitor social media accounts and engage with followers
• Assist with outbound marketing and lead-nurturing efforts
• Build and send marketing emails via Mailchimp
• Help create onboarding content and support materials for new customers
• Create marketing reports to track performance, identify trends, and suggest improvements
• Assist with managing PPC campaigns and basic SEO tasks (well provide training as needed)

What Were Looking For:

• 13 years of experience in marketing or a similar role
• Clear and effective communicator with strong writing skills
• Comfortable with basic video editing for social media
• Analytical mindsetyou like digging into data to see whats working
• Organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Google Ads, or basic SEO platforms is a plus
• Most importantly: youre a fast learner whos excited to grow
