We require our teachers to have a strong background in dance, great communication skills, and a commitment to our carefully crafted curriculum. Most of all, we want instructors who are invested in nurturing the big dreams of little dancers.Current open shifts for immediate hire: Weekends and weekday afternoons at both Raleigh and Cary locations.Responsibilities Lead 45-minute ballet classes following Tutu Schools carefully crafted Class Curriculum.Take attendance and answer basic questions about class membership and promotions.Build rapport and communication with students families and prospective clients. Perform basic retail duties including product restocking and processing sales using a point-of-sale system.Maintain organization and cleanliness of the studio, lobby, retail display, and bathroom. Communicate effectively with management and administration.QualificationsExperience in dance with a ballet background is strongly preferredHigh school or equivalent is preferredExperience working with/teaching young children (1-8 yrs. old) in groups of 5-10 childrenExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbout Tutu SchoolTutu School is a collection of quaint boutique ballet schools that provides a creative dance education experience for children from 6 months to 8 years old.
