Assistant Property Manager
Introduction:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a reputable company based out of Southeast Portland. We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Assistant Property Manager to join their team. In this role, you will play a key part in the day-to-day management of residential properties, ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional service to tenants. Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills are preferred to better serve the diverse community.
Location: Portland, OR
Duration: Temporary, 3 months with potential for longer-term employment
Hours/Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $20 – $28 per hour, based on experience
Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the property, including tenant relations, maintenance requests, and lease administration.
• Communicate with tenants and address inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Help coordinate property maintenance, ensuring issues are resolved quickly.
• Ensure compliance with property regulations and standards.
• Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs, including conducting property inspections.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining property records.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of property management software is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $28.00 per hour
